We typically remove front doors and complete the refinishing in our shop. Refinishing off-site allows us to work in a more controlled environment, which leads to a more consistent and durable finish.
How long does front door refinishing take?
Most door refinishing projects are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your door's condition and complexity, along with your selected finish.
What happens to the doorway while the door is away?
We install a secure, insulated temporary barricade in the door opening. It is completely sealed and designed to be removed only from the inside. You'll need to use an alternate entrance.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the door's configuration, overall condition, amount of preparation required, and the selected finish and upgrade options. Each project is evaluated individually.
Do you refinish double doors, carved doors or doors with glass?
Yes. We refinish single and double entry doors, doors with carvings or detailed profiles, and offer glass repair and replacement for doors with glass inserts or sidelites.
